Mestiza at Etch
On Monday 8 July, Sam and Louise are taking over Etch for their final dinner in Brighton & Hove before they move to Falmouth, Cornwall to run their own place.
Their menu is based on recipes from Louise's family who live in Pangasinan; a province in the Philippines on the western island of Luzon.
The menu will feature local fish from BNFS and vegetables from local farms.
The drinks that night will be served by the Etch team who will also create a perfect wine pairing.
A massive thanks to Steve & his team for letting us loose in their kitchen (again) to say a farewell to you all!
